Health & Wellbeing Coaches for Adults

image-Health & Wellbeing Coaches for Adults

Health and Wellbeing Coaches offer support to people who have, or are at risk of developing, a long-term health condition.

Coaching empower patients to become more active in their own care, increasing their confidence to manage health conditions, overcome barriers, and move towards goals that matter to them.

Health Coaches are skilled in motivational and coaching conversations, working alongside people to develop quality, trusting relationships to support change.

“The support that I have received has been invaluable as part of a larger web of both clinical and non-clinical treatment and support. I have received encouragement from the start, and an honest but non-judgemental sounding board for my feelings and challenges. I hope that other patients with chronic conditions who are feeling despair and unable to make decisions/ manage their health are given the same quality of sustained support.”
