PCN attends Health in the City day on 21st June 2025

Our Primary Care Network (PCN) recently took part in Health in the City Day on 21st June 2025 at the Golden Lane Community Centre, a community event focused on promoting health and wellbeing across the city. The day provided a fantastic opportunity for the PCN to connect directly with local residents, share information about available services, and offer health advice. Team members engaged with attendees, answered questions, and helped raise awareness of the support the PCN provides to improve community health. We’re proud to be part of such initiatives that bring healthcare closer to the people we serve.
