Health & Wellbeing Fair

You are invited to the Shoreditch Park & City Primary Care Network Health Fair on Saturday, 23rd September 2023 between 12:30pm & 3:30pm at Comet Nursery School & Children's Centre, Halcomb Street. London N1 5RF.  Come along and meet your local Health Care Team and local community services, speak to a health care professional about any health concerns and learn about the additional services the PCN provide in De Beauvoir, Hoxton, Lawson, Neaman & Shoreditch Park GP practices.
